Futures Capital Fund

Futures Capital Fund has been established to attract foreign direct investment into the Bulgarian economy. It has been listed as a Joint Stock Company trading on the Bulgarian Stock exchange.

The Bulgarian investment market offers a great opportunity for capital growth on assets and the acquisition of these on favourable terms will be the primary focus of the fund.

As directors of Futures Capital Fund we have considerable experience and knowledge of the Bulgarian Investment Market. We have identified that the current economic downturn has created a climate where it is possible to acquire valuable assets at considerably less than their true value and so offer excellent potential for capital growth. We are looking to raise at least €50 million into the fund over the next year. Bulgaria has in recent years attracted considerable FDI and the fund is initially attracting investment from the Far East, Central Asia and the Middle Eastern markets.
