Investor Program

Futures Capital is targeting investors looking to make investments in excess of 1 million Lev. Whilst there is no lock in period, the expected length of investment is expected to be in excess of 5 years. In this timescale we expect the funds investments to have shown significant capital growth and yields for their investors. We are targeting acquiring assets where we expect a 10% year on year capital growth to be achievable. With the current value of many assets within Bulgaria being so dramatically lower than similar assets in other EU country, this level of growth is very achievable.

Investors will receive regular updates as to the progress of the fund in terms of both yields and capital growth from the fund managers. All investors' fees including legal and tax planning will be clearly set out with fixed charges in place for the duration for the fund.
